Payment options:
Submitted orders are processed through PayPal.
We accept on line purchase payments in the form of credit card(s), check card, or paypal account (drawn from a US bank account). Paypal does not require you to hold an account with them in order to make a purchase.

Orders:
The studio strives to maintain a minimum inventory of every line we offer at the time of their release and the duration of their availability. Therefore, all works are created and hand crafted by the artist on a daily basis. Since many of the items we create are limited editions; the popularity of items may fluctuate and there maybe an occassion when the item you purchase may not be in stock at the time of your order. When your order is placed; Rest assured your selected item(s) are set in queue to be made within 24 hours. Most orders are processed within 48 hrs from that time and you will be notified when your item is scheduled to be shipped. Because of the techniques involved in creating the art we offer; rush orders cannot be accepted. Please for questions regarding stock or availability.
Prices are set -  based on studio production.  Please do not request custom made designs for the works being offered on this site.

Shipping:
All orders are insured and ship via USPS priority.
Orders will only be shipped to a confirmed physical address.
Orders should arrive between 3 to 10 business days.
Orders addressed to P.O. boxes will not be processed.

Due to licensing or territorial agreements,  we can only ship to the United States and Europe at this time.

Return Policy:
Due to the uniqueness of our creations; we do not accept refunds. In the event that your item is received damaged or broken, Please contact us immediately.
We will make every effort to help satisfy a pleasant experience with us to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase.

We do not collect any credit card, banking or financial information. The information you provide only facilitates your transaction and is securely passed between you and PayPal. We will not sell, trade, disclose your personal or electronic information to any third parties.
